September 17th, Memorial Run, Suffolk/Norfolk

Restored Control Tower

Museum buildings and burger queue!

Belly gunner, definitely a short-straw job!

This model must have had about a 7 foot wingspan

Superb tableau of the aftermath of a crash-landing

Many other individual models, down to a jeep about 2" long

The runners lined up on the old runway

Quidenham church

Detail of stained glass window

Memorial to the 96th Bomber Group at Snetterton racetrack

Runners and riders on the infield at Snetterton

A bit of action from the pit wall

Needs no introduction, that registration must add a small fortune to an already very valuable car. This came blasting past us while we were parked outside the church

Long-nose Jag D-type

Last but not least a very nice K3, with the engine compartment showing it was well-used and not just a concourse queen
