Good mix of cars at the start. Hood had been up for the trip down.


Flagged off (the first instruction was printed as a title, rather than the first item in the table - oops!)

Two very curious grave markers, one was half a cylinder, the other was a slightly more conventional rectangular shape but had herds of African animals galloping round the sides!



Memorial near Brigstock to a wartime Lancaster crash on a training exercise where several of the crew were trapped in the rear of the aircraft and unable to bale out as those at the front had been able to. More info here.
